This is Where you Jump-start your Yoga Practice!
Whether you have practiced before and taken a break, or you have never tried yoga, this class is for you! This is the first 6 weeks of the 30 week course, brought into 2 weeks.
I will walk you through each posture as a conversation. We can discuss proper alignment, breathing, etc…
We will do a short daily mantra meditation, but this course is focused on body mechanics, breath and avoiding injury. Try just this course and take what you learn into other classes at 7 Stones Yoga Studio. You will be glad you learned what you did.
Session 3 begins July 10th at 6am.
